This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.182 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant/petitioner, a case in crime No.182 of 2023 for the offences under Sections under sections 420 and 506(i) IPC has been registered. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN 20220000609 C 202500350 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri on 02.09.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered. 2/4
