This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (a) "The petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am, until further orders" passed in Crl.O.P.No.20063 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 11.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20063 of 2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
