This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in CC.No.3750/2020 on the

file of the Metropolitan Magistrate(CCB and CBCID cases), Egnore, Chennai 2.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in respect of the impugned proceedings, already trial has been commenced and the prosecution has examined PW1.
