The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 18.09.2024 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.22866 of 2024 in Crime No.235 of 2024 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner appear before the concerned NDPS Court on every first working day for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
