This Writ Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022. with regard to verification of documents in respect of the property in S.No.488/1A12 and 498/1C and sought action against the accused. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's father owns a land in S.No.488/1A12 abd 498/1C2. One Velu and his sons are trying to encroach the land. Therefore, a complaint was given before the respondent on 22.09.2022. Despite giving complaint, no steps have been taken by the respondent police, necessitating the filing of this petition.
3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one petitioner, CSR enquiry was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that the issue between the parties is civil in nature. He further submitted that there is Suit in O.S.No.15 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Thiruvannamalai and it is pending for adjudication.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2022 is pending for adjudication, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed.
