W.M.P.No.34961 of 2023 in W.P.No.1051 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY. J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer, in view of the fact that a Resolution No.32 dated 07.11.2014 has been passed adversely affecting the right of the petitioner.

2.Upon considering the affidavit filed in support of this petitioner and since the amendment is necessary for proceeding further, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.The respondents are at liberty to file their counter to the amended prayer also.

4.Post the main Writ Petition on 29.04.2024, counter if any, by then.
