This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19871 of 2024 on 19.08.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19871 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
