This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.298 of 2019 dated 15.10.2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'Further action dropped' on 06.10.2021 and final report has been filed before the Special Court for TRHC of CCBD CBCID cases.

3. In view of the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Page No.2 of 4
