Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 to 4th respondents to dispose the petitioner representation dated 18.06.2025 regarding the cancel the Patta issued to the 5th respondent in resettlement in Survey No.63 of an extent of approximately 2.06 acres in Melapallipattu Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Challenge to the grant of patta in favour of respondent
No.5 need not be entertained, in view of the disclosure made by the petitioner himself that he has filed a representation, which may be treated as an appeal against the grant of patta.
3. Leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his representation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
