This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17693 of 2024 on 25.07.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.5(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17693 of 2024 dated 25.07.20244, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
