By consent of the either parties, the writ petition is disposed at the admission stage itself.
2. This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2025, consequently direct the respondents to adjust the surrendered machineries value along with subsidy loan amount to compensate the balance loan dues, remove the machineries from the rented premises bearing No.49, 1st floor, Agasthiyar street, Ramapuram, Ambattur- 53.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has availed loan for machineries purchased for bread factory, however, the petitioner was unable 2/5
to run the business due to severe health problems and the petitioner's company was shut down. Therefore, with regard to the surrendering of machineries against loan availed, the petitioner made a representation to the nd respondent, however, no action was taken till date and hence, the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Mrs.R.Sumathy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2025 within a period of four weeks weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
