This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. Not known of 202 for the alleged offences under Section 4(1)A of the TNP Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed; and that as on date, there is no petition or enquiry pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
