This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24800 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
