ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents particularly 2nd respondent to cancel the Patta No.473 which stands in the name of 3rd Respondent based on the enquiry conducted through his proceedings Na.Ka. 6008 /2019 / A4 dated 01.09.2020 and also direct the 2nd respondent to issue joint patta in the name of legal heirs of the deceased Rajappa with respect to the property situated at Kalasthipuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District comprised in Survey No.15/ 1 measuring a total extent of 1 Acre 94 cents in petitioner name and by brothers name.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, the petitioner's representation was duly considered and joint patta was also issued as requested by him. Hence, he would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and requests this Court for dismissal of this petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, by recording the submission made by the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
