(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This review application has been listed today under the caption "for withdrawal" at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for considering the said request made by the review applicant to withdraw the review application, Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned counsel for the review applicant, by relying upon the memo filed on behalf of the applicant dated 28.07.2025, would seek indulgence of this Court to permit the review applicant to withdraw this review application, of course, with liberty to the review applicant to withdraw the amount already been deposited before the first respondent Tribunal.

3. The said submission, made by the learned counsel for the review applicant, is taken on record. In view of the same, the present review application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.10150 of 2023 is closed.
