ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to pass necessary orders to de-freeze the savings bank Account No.2111104000055268 of the petitioner, which had been freezed on 25.08.2022.

2.Even on 06.02.2023, it had been noted that the account of the petitioner had been de-freezed and that the petitioner can now operate the account and the matter was adjourned only for verifying that particular fact by the petitioner.

3.It is again reiterated that the account had been de-freezed. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
