Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the earlier hearing date, this Court had directed that the petitioner should file an affidavit that they would not interfere with the possession of the de facto complainant. The possession of the de facto complainant is recognized and the petitioners herein, cannot interfere with such possession except under orders of any Competent Court.
