By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.C. Kathiravan, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.08.2025.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is a Master Degree Holder with a specialization in Zoology and completed B.Ed. According to the Tentative Annual Planner, 2025, released by the respondent, the schedule of examination for the post of graduate Assistants to be held in the month of November, 2025. It is the grievance of the petitioner that as per the Notification, dated 10.07.2025 issued by the respondent, the examination for recruitment of the said post is slated on 28.09.2025, which is prior to November 2025 and thus the schedule mentioned in the Tentative Annual Planner, 2025 was not followed by the respondent. Under such circumstances, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 18.08.2025, which has not been considered and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner submitted his representation on 18.08.2025, the respondent neither 2/5

conducted any enquiry nor taken any action to alter the examination date. Moreover, the syllabus is also modified and the respondent has to take note of that while fixing the date for the aforesaid examination. Hence, it would suffice, if a direction is issued by this Court to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / TRB would submit that the Tentative Annual Planner itself is self explanatory in nature and due action will be taken by the respondent to fix the date of examination for the aforesaid post and the same will be announced, shortly. However, he has no objection for issuance of appropriate directions by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
