This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26635 of 2022 order dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before respondent Police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear all the trial Court hearings without fail.
