The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 310(4) of BNS 1/4
r/w 25 (1)(a) of Arms Act, in Crime No.255 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of dangerous weapons and were preparing to commit dacoity. Hence, a case was registered by the respondent police, pursuant to which the first petitioner was arrested on 21.07.2025 and the second and third petitioners were arrested on 23.07.2025.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that it is a false case, only to prevent the petitioners from enjoying the benefit of bail already granted in another offence.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners are notorious persons and having several criminal cases pending against them.

Considering the nature of crime, and the fact that timely intervention of the police had prevented the recurrence of crime, and the investigation is at crucial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
