ORDER

By consent of the either parties, the writ petition is disposed at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner grievances,consequently direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith unfreeze the Current Account No.50200102956158.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is maintaining a current account with the branch of the second respondent and without any reason, the petitioner account was freezed. Hence, he made several representation to the respondents to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner. However, no action was taken till date and hence, the present writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse is passed as against the 2 nd respondent, notice to them is dispensed with.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within a period of four weeks weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
