This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28599 of 2022 shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.295 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court, CCB & CBCID, Egmore, Chennai within a period of two weeks and produce the acknowledgment receipt at the time of furnishing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28599 of 2022 on 24.11.2022 with a condition the petitioner deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.295 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court, CCB & CBCID, Egmore, Chennai. He would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen and unable to mobilize the fund and the car has also been seized by the Police. Thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., "to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.295 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court, CCB & CBCID, Egmore, in Crl.O.P.No.28599 of 2022, order dated 24.11.2022 stands deleted.
