The present petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the 1⁄4 share amount of Rs.15,20,000/- which is arrears of rent covering the period of 01.01.2009 to 12.11.2018 from the deposited amount.

2. This Court vide order dated 06.04.2022 in W.P.No.34780 of 2018 had directed the 1st respondent to vacate the premises and handover the possession to the petitioner therein on or before 31.12.2022. Further, the 1st respondent was directed to disburse the arrears of rent on or before 31.05.2022. However, the petitioner herein who is the co-owner of the subject premises has not been given his share amount. Hence this petition.

3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw the 1⁄4th of his share amount i.e., to the tune of Rs.15,20,000/- which is arrears of rent covering the period of 01.01.2009 to 12.11.2018 from the deposited amount.
