The FIR filed by the first respondent police against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.10 of 2025, is put under challenge in the present petition.

2. Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that, final report was filed in this matter and furnished the details of the same [SR.No.22562 of 2025 on 21.06.2025 before the learned XXIII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai].

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is well open to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
