This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.8 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23324 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.23324 of 2022 with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each with two sureties (one surety should be a blood related surety and another surety should be a local surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem. He would also submit that the petitioner is unable to execute the bond for the amount as ordered by this Court. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition.
