ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 which is given for issuance of patta in the petitioner's name for an extent of 3 cents of house site.
2. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2025 for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, regarding 3 cents of house site.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 would be considered and orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 3/6
dated 07.07.2025, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
