O R D E R

The petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 132, 189(2), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.393 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution case, the defacto complainant 1/4

works as a nurse at Ondiveeranur Government Primary Health Centre. On the date of the alleged occurrence, three persons in a drunken mood came to the hospital, one of whom was injured and the other persons forced her to give treatment. When the nurse wanted to know the details and cause of the injury, they took quarrel and called other persons to the hospital and damaged the hospital property. While this petitioner was arrested by the accused 7 in number and the other accused persons are still absconding.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the place of crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
