Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for laying the pipeline on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 16.10.2019.

ORDER

It is represented by the Government Advocate that the complaint lodged by the petitioner in current paper No.213/19 has been enquired and closed as civil in nature on 27.11.2019

2. It is further represented by the Government Advocate that the Civil Suit in O.S.No.183/18 is pending between the petitioner and the counter petitioner on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kangeyam. In such view of the matter, the parties are advised to work out their remedies before the civil forum in accordance with law. At this stage of the matter, this Court is not inclined to intervene under Section 482 of Cr.PC.

3. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
