This revision has been filed to set aside the docket Order dated 20.07.2022 in E.A.No.16 of 2020 in E.P.No.21 of 2017 in HRCOP.No.11/2016 on the file of the learned Rent Controller No.1, Puducherry.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the tenant has already vacated the premises and they are not pressing the matter further with regard to payment of arrears of rent.
