records including patta, Chita, Adangal in favour of the name Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple and petitioner by subdivision the property in Survey No.102/8 and 102/13 total extend 0.06 cents and 0.13 cents situated at Pangaram Village, Kallakurichi taluk, Kallakurichi district and pursuant my representation dated 04.09.2024.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to survey the property situated in Survey Nos.102/8 and 102/13 and issue patta, chitta and adangal in favour of the petitioner after effecting sub-division of 0.06 cents sold to Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his great grandfather purchased 0.19 cents of land in the above mentioned survey nos. under sale deed registered as Document No.798 of 1922. Later, the petitioner's grandfather Rangappa Achary and Krishna Achary sold 0.06 cents of land in favour of Arulmigu Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple, remaining extent of 0.13 cents in Survey No.102/8 has been retained by the petitioner's family. Now, the petitioner submitted an online application on 08.08.2024 in application No.2024/N105/33/002379 seeking sub-division of the property retained by the petitioner's family and 2/4

issuance of separate patta. The said application has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 4th Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.08.2024 in Application No.2024/N105/33/002379 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and the competent authority representing Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple.
