These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed in the above Second Appeal (i) to condone the delay of 527 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent, (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank them as further respondents, (iv) to condone the delay of 1203 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent, (v) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent and, (vi) to bring on record the proposed respondents 10 to 12 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent and rank them as further respondents in the above second appeal, respectively.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
