C.M.P.Nos. 26507 & 26513 of 2023 in S.A. Nos. 1147 & 1148 of 2007 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to permit the petitioners to file the judgment dated 20.08.2002 passed in O.S.No. 2354 of 1993 as additional document in the above Second Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel counsel for petitioners and respondent appeared. On perusal of records, it reveals that two Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in C.M.P.Nos.26504 and 26510 of 2023 were already allowed by this court on 20.11.2023, which were filed to file additional grounds and also to frame additional substantial question of law. Now, these petitions have been filed to permit them to submit the additional document.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, without prejudice to the contentions of the respondent, these petitions are allowed.

5. Post the matters on 02.12.2024.
