ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.73 of

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.73 of 2025 has been registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC.

3. He further submitted that the case has been registered only on 17.06.2025 and the respondent will file the final report within a period of six months.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
