W.P.No.33840 of 2025 C.SARAVANAN,J., Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court as consequential relief to issue a direction to lift the attachment of the petitioner's bank attachment as the impugned order is quashed vide order dated 22.01.2026.

3. the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is no objection for the same.

4. Recording the above submissions, Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 22.01.2026 shall be modified as follows:- "4. In view of the above submissions of the Respondents, the impugned order is quashed and the case is remitted back to the respondents to pass a fresh order on merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The attachment of the bank account of the Petitioner shall also stand automatically vacated."

5. In other aspects, the earlier order dated 22.01.2026 shall stand un-altered.
