This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 23.11.2016 made in I.A.No.460 of 2016 in O.S.No.83 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
