This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 634 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment dated 02.09.2023 passed in Crl.A.No.109 of 2021 on the file of I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal confirming the conviction and sentence in the judgment dated 01.11.2021 made in C.C.No.419 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 634 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
