No. 115/2019 against the Petitioner Wasim, Male aged 19 years S/o. Jhon Basha, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore, and set aside, the same and direct the Respondent to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner : Mr. D. (Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the detenu, viz., Wasim S/o. Jhon Basha, challenging the detention order passed by the Second Respondent in proceedings C3/D.O. No. 115/2019 dated 18.10.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second Respondent against the detenu who is the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.4872 dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
