This petition has been filed to modify the condition as that the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Valathy Police Station, Villupuram District instead of Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, as imposed by this Court in the order dated 16.11.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.27657 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to report before the above said police station due to his poor health condition. sp 3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
