Appln.(IP)No.23 of 2023 in I.P.No.10 of 2001 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application was filed to grant order of unconditional discharge in favour of the applicant.

2. According to the applicant, the claim is settled by way of paying 69 paise per Rupee to the creditors.

3. The learned Official Assignee submitted that there is no further scope of payment and hence he has no objection to grant unconditional discharge to the applicant. He would further submitted that this applicant was already declared as insolvent by this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow this application. In the result, this applicant is granted unconditional discharge.
