A.(IP).No.235 of 2022 in I.P.No.10 of 2001 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 7415 days caused in filing an application for discharge.

2.Learned Official Assignee would submit that this is a required application and he has no objection in allowing the present application. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Official Assignee, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to allow the present application. 4.Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the present application is allowed.
