2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.11.2024, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, inadvertently, the offences under Sections 6(b) and 24(1) of the Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act were not mentioned in the copy of the order.

Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order today (26.11.2024).

Further, the time to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from today.
