This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband is the third accused in Crime No.2 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent police and he has moved anticipatory bail; on coming to know that the second and third respondents quiet often came to the house of the petitioner and harassed her by stating that her husband should either surrender or they would put up a case against the petitioner's husband.
4. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the husband of the petitioner, who is the third accused in Crime No.2 of 2022 has been absconding and he along with other accused had cheated a sum of Rs.37 crores belonging to various persons and the investigation is being done in this regard; the husband of the petitioner, without co-operating for investigation, has filed this petition through his wife; 2/4
in fact a sum of Rs.17 lakhs has been credited in the name of the petitioner.
5. It is seen from the records that the husband of the petitioner is involved in a huge money scam. It is further alleged that a portion of money has been deposited in the name of the petitioner. In these circumstances, it is appropriate for the petitioner or her husband to appear before the respondents police as and when required for the purpose of investigation. However, the third respondent shall send due summons to the petitioner for causing appearance for enquiry instead of sending oral messages or paying personal visits at the residence of the petitioner.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
