ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records with regard to the deposition of the petitioner and set aside the rejection regarding the receiving of Photocopy Document taken from the laptop of the petitioner and consequently direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore to permit the petitioner to mark the said document along with Section 65-B Certificate of Indian Evidence Act.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he had also made an endorsement in the petition and also given letter to that effect.
3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
