This civil revision petition is filed seeking to set aside the order and decree dated 10.02.2017 made in I.A.No.130 of 2017 in O.S.No.1 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ambattur, by allowing the present civil revision petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent vacated the premises. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
