2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If any issue, they have to approach the Civil Court besides enquiry pending before the District Social Welfare Officer.
