This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem instead of the petitioner shall stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter report before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28919 of 2022 vide order dated 24.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28919 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
