This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14814 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19063 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
