This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.8, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29571 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be either father or mother of the petitioner. He would also submit that the petitioner's mother had passed away and his father is also bedridden, hence, he is unable to comply with the said condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. sp 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the other conditions imposed against the petitioner shall remain unaltered.
