2.This application has been filed to order payment out to the applicant the sum of Rs.4,23,550/- as per the orders of this Court dated 30.11.2022 in A.No.3933 of 2022 and credited as Court Deposit in C.S.No.360 of 2017 3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the papers.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered.
