These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 486 days in preferring the respective appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed along with the petitions, the above said delay is condoned.

The petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Senthilkumar, counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
